What is the difference between subscription and pay-per-booking?+
With a subscription, you pay a fixed monthly fee regardless of booking volume — cheaper if you have consistent activity. With pay-per-booking, you pay nothing upfront and only a percentage of each booking. Better if your volume is irregular.
Is the Free plan really free?+
Yes. No credit card required. The only limitation is 1 space, 25 bookings per month, and a “Powered by Boseat” badge on the widget.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods are supported for my customers?+
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed through Stripe.
Is there a long-term commitment?+
No. Subscription plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
How does Enterprise pricing work?+
Enterprise uses a capped rate model: a percentage per booking with a monthly ceiling. The exact rate and cap are set based on your volume. Book a demo and I’ll put together a proposal.
